TOAST’s Packaging: A Slice Above the Rest

To celebrate National TOAST Day on February 27th, a day dedicated to all things toast-related, we’re shining a spotlight on the much-loved British coffee chain, TOAST, and how they’ve creatively used printed food and drink packaging to elevate their brand. 

TOAST is an independent coffee chain with six warm and welcoming locations, serving up expertly crafted coffee blends alongside their famous, mouthwatering toasties. Visitors can also indulge in comforting hot chocolates, decadent milkshakes, soothing teas, and refreshing iced treats during the warmer months.

TOAST understands the magic of storytelling through takeaway packaging. From their early days, they infused their brand identity into their coffee houses with boldly printed cups and branded toastie boxes. Over time, this expanded into a full range of custom packaging, ensuring that every item leaving their doors carried a piece of their brand—and heart—into the world.

They’ve mastered the art of simplicity with impact, opting for a sleek, single-color print that perfectly complements their bold flavours and innovative menu combinations.

Beyond great taste and branding, TOAST is deeply committed to sustainability. They specifically requested 100% compostable paper cups, which we were delighted to provide. Their dedication to eco-friendly practices now shines through in their range of sustainable takeaway packaging, recyclable and compostable printed bags, boxes, straws, and cold cups made of recycled materials.
